These are the airbrake components under the floor of the cab. This is what it looks like when it is complete. Note the cast iron manifold that the J14 valve attaches to. Also note the square plate in the upper right corner.
Need the inner gasket - the one of the right side of the manifold.
What we lack here are the two rubber gaskets that go in between the manifold that the J14 bolts to.
We need the gasket that goes between the manifold with the WABCO plate riveted to ot, and the plate in the center with the two ports.
For some reason, the bracket here was removed, and the inner gasket is missing. The gasket that goes between the bracket and the J 1.4-14 valve is on hand.
The square plate is what we are looking for.
We need a block off plate that looks like this one.
Another view of the missing plate.
View of the gasket surface for the missing blockoff plate.
Close up of the gasket surface for the missing block off plate.
This the gasket under the missing plate.
The inside of the plate is machined to bridge two air passages. This blockoff plate eliminates a removed component.
This is the inside surface of the blockoff plate. It has been machined so there is an air passage between two of the ports.
Another view of the gasket for the missing block off plate to help ID the part.
Another view of the missing rotair valve manifold
Missing pipe bracket to accomodate JA2A/Rotair valve. The missing manifold is cast iron, and the rotair valvle bolts to it. Four flared air fittings attach to this piece.
